Is not allowed to the users upload fake pictures. Users can provide verification picture to proof that profile is real. Verification photo requirements are stated in each user account. Verification photo is for internal use only and never will be published.
Agencies, Clubs or Advertisers can upload an unlimited number of ads, but the profiles must be unique. It is not allowed to upload a profile more than once unless the text and photos are different. Such a profiles will be immediately deleted and if the user won´t respect our rules will be blocked.
However, please be aware that Lifescorts cannot and does not make any guarantees or warranties that either the advertiser in the pictures on any particular ad will be the same individual who shows up for any date arranged between an advertiser and yourself
The information provided by the user must at all times be truthful, responding the user for all those statements, data, content, information and details that are false, vague or inaccurate. In the case of the communication of personal data in compliance with the registration questionnaires as a client and the publication of an offer, this information must be true, accurate and coincidental. The user agrees and undertakes to communicate any change or future modification of their personal data, adapting them, consequently, to their real situation. The inaccuracy of the information, exempts LYUBOV from any responsibility for the lack of user information in relation to the offers and services, provided that LYUBOV had acted with due diligence in their communications. In any case, the user will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to LYUBOV or third parties for the information provided. For the purposes of this contract, it will not be considered a lack of truthfulness the use of nicknames or pseudonyms to identify users on the portal, as long as this does not constitute an obstacle to knowing their real identity or to carry out the collections corresponding to the services contracted to LYUBOV.
In the event that LYUBOV has evidence or suspicion that the user has used false data and/or images, it will immediately deactivate the advertisement without prior notice, without prejudice to the possible actions that it deems appropriate.

Lifescorts shall not be held liable for the damages due to users forgetting their passwords or making their account accessible for unauthorized persons due to any reasons not attributable to the Lifescorts. Instead of the forgotten password the user can request a new one.
The contents, functions, design, domain name of the website and other elements of the website are subject to international legal protection.

LYUBOV owns the rights of intellectual and industrial property, or has obtained the corresponding authorizations or licenses for its exploitation, on the domain name, the marks and distinctive signs, the application, the information and the rest of works and inventions related to Lifescorts and the technology associated with it, as well as its contents.
